By downloading or using CardSnap Golf, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.

Description of Service

CardSnap Golf is a mobile application that helps golfers calculate skins, Stableford points, Nassau scores, and other golf betting games using OCR technology to scan scorecards.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

Subscriptions and Payments

• CardSnap Golf offers a free trial of 2 rounds
• After the free trial, a subscription is required for unlimited rounds
• Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store settings
• Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policy

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the app
• Share your account with others
• Upload malicious content or spam

Disclaimer

CardSnap Golf is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of OCR scanning or calculations. Always verify important results manually. We are not responsible for any disputes arising from golf bets or wagers.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CardSnap Golf and its creator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the State of North Carolina.
